These items are all provided in Adobe Acrobat "pdf" format. Adobe Acrobat Reader (more recently called just "Adobe Reader") is required to view them. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, it is available free from Adobe Software
In some browsers you may have to select the desired graph with the right mouse button to save the file on your computer rather than view it online ("Save Target As..." in Internet Explorer; "Save Link As..." in other browsers).
The "full sets" are ZIP files containing all the 5-year graph pdfs for that location. If you don't have a program that can extract files from a ZIP file, we recommend that you acquire WinZip (Shareware) or similar product.
